SECOND CARDIFF DATE ADDED TO MARCH 2010 UK ARENA TOUR DUE TO UNPRECEDENTED DEMAND
Tickets on sale Friday 20th November – 9:30am
The UK’s biggest classical crossover artist, Katherine Jenkins, who has just released her new David Foster produced studio album Believe (Warner Bros) today announces a second show at Cardiff’s International Arena, scheduled for Tuesday 16th March.
Says Katherine: “This album I’ve made with David is one that was really made for big live performances so I really can’t wait to hit the road! We’re working on an amazing arena production with lots of glamour and fabulous-ness which I’m so excited about”.
In what has been an extraordinary year for the Welsh born Mezzo-Soprano, from performing in front of royalty, to being the first classical singer to perform at London’s legendary G-A-Y night, it is with no surprise that Katherine’s new album shot straight in the UK Top 10 Chart. Being rolled out internationally over the next year, Believe is Katherine’s first album also to be released in North America where it is due to drop in the first half of 2010.
